Jessica will talk to us about her role as the Access and Support Officer, Hume City Council.
Jessica’s presentation will focus on how to access My Ages Care Supports and will also identify the common difficulties individuals may experience when trying to access services.
An important part of the role is to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and to help them access appropriate services in both aged and disability care.
In addition Jessica’s role has an educational component and liaison with service providers, health services and community groups such as U3A. This promises to be an informative presentation so come along with all your questions!
