Beginning in 2003 Edgar’s Mission is a not for profit animal sanctuary with between 350 and 450 formerly farmed animals cared for at any given time.
Located on 153 acres in the Lancefield countryside the sanctuary provides a unique and authentic learning environment in which empathy is the focus.
Whilst there is no charge for the tour, as a not for profit charity they do rely on donations that enable them to continue their life saving work. So please provide a small donation if you can.

Edgar’s Mission is located at 8 Bridies Lane in Lancefield The tour starts at 10.30am for an hour and afterwards for those interested we will be lunching at a local restaurant.
After lunch we are also trying to arrange a visit to a local historical property which members from the Romsey and Lancefield Historical Society will host.

For those interested we will be carpooling with more details to follow.
