Brig. Terry Nolan will be talking about the effects on the women, children and general public after the first World War and beyond.
Terry Nolan had a successful career in the Australian army which included a long involvement with the Special Air Service Regiment, firstly as a Troop Commander on active service in South Vietnam later as Commanding Officer of the Regiment and finally as the commander Special Forces.
After leaving the Army in 1996 he joined the Royal Dutch Shell Group as the Regional Advisor on security for the Asia Pacific Region until 2008.
After retirement he went on to serve on the veterans Review Board of Appeals.
National Chairman for the S.A.S. Association and is still involved to this day in the Veterans Review not for profit organisations.

Attendance at Guest Speakers requires that members must be fully vaccinated. Therefore new members of U3A Sunbury must bring their vaccination certificate to be sighted at this event, unless it has been sighted and registered previously.
