Annual General Meeting – 13th August 2020

The Sunbury U3A Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 13th August 2020 at 11:00 at the Sunbury Football Social Club.

Nominations for Election of Executive and Committee Members 2020 -2021 will be held at the Annual General Meeting. All current positions will be declared vacant. The election of executives and committee members will take place. Nominations are invited for the following positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and six Committee Members.

Proposer, seconder and person nominated must all be financial members of Sunbury U3A Inc.

Please note all nominations must be received by the secretary by Friday 31st July 2020.
