We organise lots of fun and interesting events for our members including Guest Speakers, Outings, Movies, Theatre, Quiz and Dining Out. Come and join us!

Guest Speakers are presented at the Sunbury Football Club (off Riddell Road, behind Clarkes Oval) on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Thursdays of the month. Start time is 10:00am to 11.45am with a break for morning tea. Social gatherings are also organised on the occasional 5th Thursday of the month. Start time is 10:00am. These are free events and all Sunbury U3A members are welcome. We love our members to contribute so if you know of a good speaker, or you would be interested in a particular topic, could you please inform the Events Group at events@u3asunbury.org.au

Outings are available to all members and, whilst usually on the 4th Thursday of the month, they can happen on other days of the week as they arise. Outings are at members’ own expense and require confirmation of attendance. Once a term we aim to arrange an Arts outing, depending on availability.

The Arts & Entertainment – We arrange visits to musicals, galleries, live theatre and the cinema as appropriate. These outings are at members’ own expense. Come along and join us!

Dining Out – We gather to dine out during school terms by arrangement. We are a casual social group that shares a friendly meal at various restaurants in Sunbury and surrounds. We also enjoy getting together for end–of–term and Christmas luncheons. All members welcome.

Enrolling for Outings or Events – You can enrol in outings or events through your Member Login. Select and add the outing to your list of courses and events. If there is a cost involved, an invoice may be generated, which can then be paid via EFT or by cash to any of the Events organisers, group leaders or committee members.

More details on each event are available in UMAS for Members.
