A gentle form of Tai Chi suitable for people with arthritis or limited mobility which can be done sitting down if required. This class is not suitable for beginners as it continues on from Term 4 2019 and will be moving on from core movements to extension work.
PLEASE NOTE: ENROLMENT IN THIS CLASS ASSUMES PARTICIPATION IN MARY’S TERM 4 2019 COURSE OR COMPETENCE IN CORE MOVEMENTS FROM PREVIOUS TAI CHI EXPERIENCE. For health and safety reasons all participants must wear shoes (no barefoot). Flat comfortable shoes and loose comfortable clothing are required. Please bring along a water bottle.
