A gentle form of Tai Chi suitable for people with arthritis or limited mobility which can be done sitting down if required. This class is suitable for beginners.
Additional Notes: For health and safety reasons all participants must wear shoes (no barefoot). Flat comfortable shoes and loose comfortable clothing are required. Please bring along a water bottle.
Classes are held at Building 27 in the lounge room 107, at Jacksons Hill.
