Join these weekly rides that will keep your bike legs active (or reactivate them!) and contribute to your fitness. Weekly rides are around Sunbury on bike paths and quiet streets. Each ride will be about 60 minutes with the option of then having a chat over coffee. Even if unable to join the ride every week, you are welcome to sign up and come along when you can.
There is no designated distance: the length of the ride will depend on the capabilities of the group gathered on the day. Gillian, your leader, makes sure that everyone is included; no one is left behind. The focus of these rides is to encourage regular cycling while enjoying the company of other riders. So even if you haven’t ridden for a while, this is the perfect opportunity to rebuild your bike riding confidence.
