Alain Young has vast experience in the Health and Wellness field. He has an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a Masters degree in Exercise Rehabilitation.
He has 10 years experience in the health and wellness field and has run hundreds of Health and Wellness seminars and Programs throughout his career.
