We visit the Legislative Chambers where laws are made, learn about the Westminster style of Parliament, have your photo taken with Queen Victoria and discover the famous Library and much more.
After the tour we lunch at The Spaghetti Tree restaurant leaving in time for our Garden tour which starts at 2.00pm.
The gardens were established in the 1860s and are a classic example of late Victorian landscape design with heritage plants, Norfolk pines, Algerian oaks and sweeping lawns.
You will also be shown, by experienced gardeners, the oldest bowls green in Victoria which is still in use and the award winning annex with its native rooftop garden.
Please could you ensure that you have photo ID such as your driving licence or a passport as you will need this for a security check.
We meet at the Sunbury station at 9.20am to catch the 9.36am Metro train to Parliament Station.
