A few years ago we saw Fisherman’s Friends a true story, set beautifully in Cornwall about a group of Cornish fishermen who found fame singing seaman’s shanties. A “feel good” movie which we all enjoyed immensely. Now comes the next chapter, which we have heard from members who have seen it, is as enjoyable as the first. Good reviews ” good performances from all the actors with some glorious singing”
Afterwards for those interested we plan to go to lunch. Could you please be at Reading cinema at 10.00am for a 10.30am start.
