For May we are going back to Gisborne, this time to Costello’s Tavern at 22 Aitken Street Gisborne, which is on the opposite corner to the Coles Supermarket.

The menu is displayed on line, with the meals very varied and catering for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free and recognition of nut allergies.

Everyone will find something to their liking and whilst they do “Senior Meals” they also provide a 20% discount to seniors off any full priced meal.

Ordering and payment is made individually at the bar at the beginning so this really simplifies the process with no need to split bills or have cash only available.

Many of our members have been to the tavern and it comes highly recommended.
