Our speaker today is Greg Jorgensen. Greg’s talk is going to be a little different to our previous talks.
Greg will be talking from the perspective of an Art Historian.
Greg will be discussing how Ancient Greek Art has influenced the Roman Empire, the Renaissance and even through to modern day.
Having graduated from Melbourne University, he studied Archaeology, Philosophy, and History.
Greg later became an artist studying painting drawing and sculpting and Art History and he has also undertaken Art Study Courses in Europe and Nepal as well has an Art Scholarship in China.
Greg has managed two Art Galleries and has also worked as a book designer and illustrator.
