Are you relatively new to modern mobile technology and the internet? Would you like to understand more? Then Tackling Technology Together is for you!

Discussions and demonstrations will be supplemented with online resources such as the Be Connected safety website and available “Apps”. An internet connection will be available. Links to relevant sites will also be shared with participants via email.

This is both an instructional and a self-help activity, where the Group Leader and other Volunteer mentors will help participants get started with basic skills if needed (such as connecting to the WiFi provided or setting up an email address or a social media account), and will work through terminology, skills, issues and agreed interest areas with the group.
