If you missed our Guest Speaker Margie Winchester’s presentation of the “The History of the Swing Dance Era” here are some shorts from that presentation. Margie took us on a journey through the history of swing dancing from 1920’s, 1930’s, 1940’s and 1950’s including the revival of swing dancing in the late 1980’s and what the swing dancers are doing today. Some of the amazing Vintage footage included that of the Charlston, Lindy Hop and Jitterbug.
